You have 30 days after receiving your order to return any item for a full refund — sale items included. No forms, no questions.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email support@millerandhill.com with your order number; we reply within one working day with the return address and instructions. Return postage is arranged by the customer.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll make it right at our cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification, under the same condition requirements above.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm the refund and it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@millerandhill.com.

The only exclusion is gift cards.
