This one is a cotton blend with a classic lapel collar, a button front and discreet side pockets, tailored across the shoulders and chest so it looks made for the suit underneath.
It is cotton, not wool: lighter, never scratchy, and better from October to the first frost than in deep January. It also runs small — size up.
Over a suit to the office; over a roll-neck and dark trousers on a Saturday evening. Khaki, grey, navy or black.
